Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Burhan Yeşil ("we," "us," "our") and govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, related features, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be legally permitted to use digital services in your country of residence. Where required, parental or guardian consent must be obtained.
You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and device. You agree to keep your credentials secure and not to share, transfer, or sell your account. Unauthorized use of another person's account is not allowed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms or applicable laws have been violated.
2. Subscriptions, Premium Features, and In-App Purchases
Some features of the Services may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases. All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store.
Billing and Renewal
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
Managing Subscriptions
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via your Apple ID account settings.
- Cancelation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Free Trials
If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with its App Store policies.
We may change subscription plans, pricing, or features. Where required, Apple will notify you and request consent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Engage in illegal, harmful, or misleading behavior
- Infringe intellectual property or other rights
- Attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the Services
- Use automated systems or fake accounts
Violations may result in content removal, feature restriction, or account suspension.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for any information or content you submit through the Services. You represent that you have the right to use and store such content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and logos related to the Services are owned by Burhan Yeşil or licensed to us and protected by applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services on Apple-authorized devices in accordance with these Terms and Apple's usage rules.
Any feedback you provide may be used without compensation.
6. Third-Party Services
The Services may include integrations with third-party tools such as analytics, crash reporting, or payment services. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
You must not provide false or misleading information.
8. Consumer Rights
If you are located in the EU, EEA, or UK, you may have consumer rights under applicable law. App Store purchases are governed by Apple's terms.
9. Service Changes
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Burhan Yeşil shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Burhan Yeşil from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer protections apply.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal requirements. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
